Rules of Hire.

. Once machinery is in posession of The Person/Persons, it becomes their full responsibility, and therefore must be insured to the value agreed by A.Prentice ATV.

. The machinery must be picked up and returned by the person/persons hiring them.( unless delivery is arranged when booking hire with A.Prentice ATV).

. Any damage done to machinery, which is not caused due to mechanicl failure, must be replaced or paid for when returning it/them.

. Any Injury caused to the person/persons hiring the machinery or passers by, remains responsibility of person/persons hiring them.

. Machinery will be filled with fuel and must be returned filled.

. On lenghty Hires a deposite must be arranged when booking, which will be deducted from final invoice.
